I am Neha a yogi by birth and adapted mental discipline under the guidance of the very respective human I call my mother. She planted the seed of Dhyana (meditation) in me at the right age and this seed is now a fully grown tree and giving benefits to humankind by giving knowledge and wisdom to live a healthy lifestyle.

I am a Yoga Practitioner, Zumba Dancer, Pilate Coach, and nutritionist living in the serene beauty of UAE.

For me, yoga is a lifestyle, not a profession since this leads me the way to live in the best way.
