In the Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
“Company” means Yognations FZC
“User” means any person that has purchased or made use of one of our yoga, zumba, pilate packages.
“yoga, zumba, pilate packages” means any item that provides the client with access to our products/services or Virtual Studio facilities.
“Products/Services” means any of products/services offered to clients of the company as published on our website(s).
“Terms and Conditions” are as defined here.
“Website” means www.yognations.com or affiliated websites.
The Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the online booking system.
The Company reserves the right to vary or revoke any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or suitable for the regulation of the governance of the Virtual Studio and the conduct of members. Any such changes will be published on our websites and, until revoked, are binding on members.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of UAE and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
BOOKING, LOGIN & LATENESS POLICY:
Classes can be booked online up to 1 week in advance.
We ask that you LOGIN at the Virtual Studio a minimum of 5 minutes before your class begins. If you are not at the Virtual Studio and signed in for class 5 minutes before your class and there is a waitlist your spot may be offered to another client. The Virtual Studio login will be closed and locked just before class begins and latecomers will not be permitted entry.
On login at the Virtual Studio, it is of the utmost importance that you follow the instructor guidelines strictly.
Once the class has started, no Login will be permitted.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

EARLY CANCEL FOR FLEXI PLAN
In Flexi plan there is no fee for cancelling your Yoga, Zumba & Pilates Classes – cancellation period 24 hours before the start of the class and customer can change to another suitable class within class validity period. Unlimited/Fixed slots cannot be paused or put on hold or cancelled.
LATE CANCEL
If you cancel not in the cancel policy timings or the class start time then cancel fee is applied, or you will lose your class.
A ‘NO SHOW’
Failure to turn up for a class at all without prior cancellation will incur the following:
A chargeable No-Show Fee will be either debited from your account or payment will be requested for continuation of class attendance to be allowed.
Contract Members: Will be charged 1 class. No Show Fee for not cancelling prior to the class starting.
Class Package Students: Will result in the deduction of the class from your package.
Intro Offer Students: Will be charged 1 day No Show Fee for not cancelling prior to the class starting.
Please remember that you must go to our online booking system or inform your trainer and remove yourself from the class list.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
If you are 16 and above, you are able to attend any of our classes and workshops.
Anyone under the age of 16 is unable to participate in public classes and workshops at Yognations FZC
All children under the age of 16 years are the responsibility of the accompanying adult when in the Virtual Studio premises.
VIRTUAL STUDIO CAPACITY:
Virtual Studio has a maximum capacity of 15-20 clients.
Please respect our team when we tell you that a class is full and know that we will do our best to get you into a class, however, if you have not booked in advance, we cannot guarantee a spot for you.
SHOP POLICY:
Yognations FZC will credit or exchange all sales of retail goods within 3 days from purchase with a valid receipt if they are unused and in saleable condition excluding sale items. Yoga mats, yoga clothes and grip towels & can only be returned if they are in their original packaging and unused.
OPENING HOURS & TEACHING SCHEDULE:
Yognations FZC reserves the right to vary the class schedule and Virtual Studio opening hours. These changes to the schedule will be published on the timetable online.
A Member is welcome to use the Virtual Studio’s facilities. The Virtual Studio may at any time withdraw all or part of its facilities for any period or periods and with notice, where practicable, in connection with web/server maintenance or for reasons beyond the control of the Virtual Studio or the Company.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of the Company cancelling a Retreat/Workshop/Training Programme before it starts we will refund Members all deposits and payments they have paid. We cannot however compensate Members for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a Retreat/Programme due to force majeure (including but not limited to; weather, natural disaster or political upheaval) we cannot guarantee a refund. To cover these risks, we highly recommend that Members purchase travel insurance.
Cancellation of classes or training programme sessions due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. For Teacher Training additional dates will be added if a cancellation is necessary. The Company reserves the right to cancel classes or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur. Yognations FZC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or modify the schedule, move classes on-line or offer usage of a different Virtual Studio/location/teachers.
Yognations FZC Does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever.
ATTIRE & INTERNET CONNECTION:
When attending classes wear a form of dress appropriate to the practice of yoga, mat and classes.
Ensure a good internet connection is available to avoid any hassle during the online classes.
FITNESS & HEALTH:
Clients are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. The Virtual Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any Member if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered.
Clients with the following conditions should not attend class: low/high blood pressure and cardiac irregularities. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult his/her doctor. Members must notify the Yognations Instructors/Trainers of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated.
SAFETY:
Clients are requested to ensure a sufficient space is available while attending classes
.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
Clients must at all times observe the Virtual Studio guidelines which may be notified to them from time to time and are requested to comply with any reasonable directions which the management of the Virtual Studio may issue to ensure the smooth operation of the Virtual Studio for the convenience of all Clients.
Clients are required to notify Yognations of any change of email or contact number. Failing such notice, all communications shall be assumed to have been received by the Member.
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to the Virtual Studio.
A person who is not a Member or a Client has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any terms of the Membership agreement or use any of the facilities provided by the company.
The Company may, if a client so wishes, communicate with the Virtual Studio User by electronic mail (“email”). By providing an email address to the Company, the Client consents to receiving email communications from the Company, including notices pursuant to the Terms and Conditions. The Clients also accepts any risk that email may not be a fully secure and confidential means of communication. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating with a member in this manner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Company cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice and in its absolute discretion and the Company shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except insofar as loss is by law, incapable of exclusion.
It is the Virtual Studio User’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme that they follow or class that they attend. Virtual Studio Users accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any programme or class. The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or injury to any person while attending classes in virtual studio or outside the Virtual Studio except insofar as such loss, damage, or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
PRICING OPTIONS Ts&Cs
All purchases are final. Yognations FZC does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
All passes and memberships are non-transferable and non refundable.
Passes and memberships may not be shared. Anyone found to be sharing memberships will be denied entry and forfeit their pass or membership permanently.

Quarterly, Semi Annually and Annually Packages will get a grace of one month in case classes not utilized and can extend classes for a month on courtesy basis, however Yognations reserve rights to amend the terms anytime.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS:
TEACHER TRAINING
These are the items that we need to honour in order to make our trainings run smoothly. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with them. By applying for this programme, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions.
CERTIFICATION
Our yoga teacher certification is designed to fulfil the requirements necessary to become a Yoga Alliance (RYT) Registered Yoga Teacher. To graduate, a student must complete all the programme curriculum that the training assigns. This will include class participation, exams, hands-on techniques, written and practical assignments, homework, special extra credit projects, attendance and timely completion of all assignments. Students are required to make up all class hours missed, both excused and unexcused, by deciding with the Facilitators.
STUDENT CONDUCT
Students are required to follow all the rules and procedures. Students will be expected to always behave in a professional manner. Standards of conduct policies include, but are not limited to:
-No smoking allowed on during online training hours.
– No breach of confidentiality will be tolerated
– Please be mindful to personal hygiene during the programme
– Harassment of the team and peers will not be tolerated
Failure to comply with the standards of conduct policies will be handled by the Facilitator.
Failure to comply will lead to conduct warning or dismissal.
LEAVES OF ABSENCE
Due to medical disability or exceptional circumstances, a leave of absence will be granted. In this event, the student will have the opportunity to join the next available training. Where applicable students may need to pay the difference for this training. Each circumstance is reviewed individually.
ATTENDANCE AND TARDINESS
One hundred percent attendance is required. Any missed hours will have to be made up before the end of the Programme. We ask that you are fully engaged throughout the training.
All classes will start on time and students are expected to be present and ready to participate at the appointed starting time. Students will not be allowed to join the session if they arrive late. Students that need to make up hours will be expected to pay a fee to join another course or to cover extra facilitation hours. If a student misses more than two weekends, they will need to join another course to complete their 200hr certification. Students are expected to notify the Facilitator if they intend to withdraw from the programme before it starts to get full credit note. Any student who fails to attend a weekend intensive without communication will be initially contacted and assumed withdrawn if this is unsuccessful.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
Cancellation of classes or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. Additional dates will be added near the end of the programme if a cancellation is necessary. Considering force major, Yognations FZC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or modify the course schedule or to convert in person classes or programmes to an online format.
REFUNDS-
The application fee is non-refundable except in the case of a declined application.
Due to the restrictions on numbers for in Virtual Studio trainings, this programme is non-refundable except in the event of unexpected medical circumstances (minus application fee/deposit), sufficient proof need to be submitted by client.
No refunds will be made once service is booked.
YogNations maintains the www.yognations.com(“Site”). The following are the terms of use that govern use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the www.yognations.com privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. YogNations reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, YogNations may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
LIMITED LICENSE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these Terms of Use. YogNations may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time. YogNations may also, without notice or liability, impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or portions of the Site. You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, if any, provided to you in order to access the Site. Except as provided in the Terms of Use, you shall have no right to directly or indirectly, own, use, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve, or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit the Site, or any of its contents (including software) in whole or in part.
1. SITE OPERATION: United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. YogNations controls this Site from the U.A.E. YogNations makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.
2. APPLICABLE LAW. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection there shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
3. PURCHASES. YogNations accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of YogNations .
YogNations does not offer refunds. Our policy states that all clients who book a class and do not attend or cancel that class will be charged the full amount for that class. Unlimited package holders will have one day deducted from the validity of their package. Please note the expiry dates of your passes as these dates are firm and no exceptions will be made.

6. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU. By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to YogNations through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by YogNations to do so. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
8. YOUR ACCOUNT. If you use www.yognations.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
NO COMMERCIAL USE. This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain YogNations prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind on the Site, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. You understand and agree that in YogNations ’s sole discretion, and without prior notice, YogNations may terminate your access to the Site, or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized user information, if YogNations believes that the information you provide has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use, or violates the rights of YogNations , or any third party, or violates the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to YogNations for violations of these Terms of Use and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. YogNations may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena.
INDEMNITY. You agree to indemnify and hold YogNations , its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site, or your breach of the Terms of Use.
LICENCE GRANTED TO YOU. By providing materials to YogNations , including by submitting or uploading content or materials for use on the Site you represent and warrant that you or the owner of all rights to such content or materials has expressly granted YogNations an irrevocable world-wide right in all languages and in perpetuity to use and exploit all or any part of the content and materials provided by you. YogNations may publish and distribute any such submitted content or materials at its sole discretion by any method now existing or later developed. You agree that you shall waive all claims and have no recourse against YogNations for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary rights in any communication, content or material submitted to YogNations . Any communication or materials you send to YogNations will be treated as non- confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated or used by YogNations for any purpose, including, but not limited to, developing, creating, manufacturing or marketing products or services.
ADVERTISING. The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. YogNations is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.
SEVERABILITY. If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
Headings & section titles in this Agreement are for convenience and do not define, limit, or extend any provision of this Agreement.
Legal Liability Terms
These Legal Liability Terms (“Terms”) govern the legal liabilities and responsibilities of [YogNations FZC] (“Company”) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a freezone company. By engaging in any business activities with the Company, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge your understanding of the legal implications.
Limited Liability: The liability of the Company is limited to the extent permitted by UAE laws and regulations governing freezone companies. The Company and its shareholders shall not be held personally liable for any debts, obligations, or losses incurred by the Company beyond the extent of their respective shareholdings.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Company is committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of the UAE freezone authority governing its operations. However, the Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or legal consequences arising from the actions or omissions of its clients, employees, or third parties acting on behalf of the Company.
No Professional Advice: The Company may provide general information and guidance related to its business activities, but such information should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice. Clients and other parties engaging with the Company are responsible for seeking independent professional advice as necessary.
Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by UAE laws, clients and other parties engaging with the Company shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Company, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their actions, omissions, or breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property: The Company respects intellectual property rights and expects its clients and other parties to do the same. Clients shall be solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents, complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. The Company shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringements committed by its clients or other parties.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by UAE laws, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Company’s services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
By engaging in any business activities with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Legal Liability Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from engaging in any business activities with the Company.

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We welcome feedback as we know that any feedback helps to improve not only us as individual facilitators but as a team and training programme. Complaints may be presented to the facilitators; at which time they will do their best to come to a solution that supports both sides.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Regulations in force from time to time in the City and the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates so far as they apply. تخضع هذه الاتفاقية وتفسر وفقا للوائح السارية من وقت لآخــر فــي مدينــة وإمــارة الشارقــة والقــوانين الاتحاديــة لدولــة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بقدر ما تنطبق.
Any dispute or differences between Parties arising out of the Agreement shall be submitted to Sharjah Courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction. يجب تقديم أي نزاع أو خلافات بين الأطراف تنشأ عن الاتفاقية إلى محاكم الشارقة التي تتمتع بسلطة قضائية حصرية
Registration Charge is AED 49, which non refundable.
